Membership Terms and Conditions

At Coach Continuum, we value our members and strive to provide the best possible experience. This membership policy outlines the terms and conditions for all membership types. By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms:


1. Membership Options
We offer two types of memberships:

  • Monthly Membership: Billed every month on the same date as the original registration.

  • Annual Membership: Billed once every 12 months on the anniversary of the original registration date.


2. Membership Benefits
As a member of Coach Continuum, you will have access to exclusive resources, training materials, events, and support services designed to enhance your coaching practice. These benefits are subject to change as we continually improve our offerings. Conditions for use of all resources is outlined in the privacy policy.

3. Scope of Services
Coach Continuum is a virtual learning and development space for coaches. We offer personal and professional development support and updating with an element of mentoring. Coach Continuum does not offer business advice, business consultancy, initial coach training or therapy/counselling.

4. Payment and Renewal

  • Monthly Membership: Payments will be processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method you have provided.

  • Annual Membership: Payments will be processed automatically on a recurring yearly basis.

You will receive a reminder of any upcoming annual renewals at least 7 days before the next payment is due.

5. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. All members are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of joining or from the date of your renewal, whichever applies. During this period, you may cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid.

  • Monthly Members: If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the month.

  • Annual Members: If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, your membership will remain active until the end of the current year. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the year.

After the completion or cancellation of your membership, all the resources you received during membership remain subject to the conditions of the privacy policy.

6. How to Cancel
To cancel your membership, use the Stripe (website’s payment processors) customer portal, which is accessible from the “Account" page. If you want your cancelation processed manually and verified in writing (email) contact our team at support@coachcontinuum.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid any unintended charges.

7. Changes to Membership Terms
Coach Continuum reserves the right to modify or update the membership terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your membership under the existing terms before the changes take effect.
